EPISODE SUMMARY:

The Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA) has been in place since 1978, with minor revisions to it since that time. Its purpose is to keep Native American Children within their families and communities. But in the past five years, it has been under severe attack by conservative right-wing groups, and one court system even ruling that it is unconstitutional. In this episode, we look at these attacks and give proper context to ICWA’s use.

In hour 2, we take a hard look at the new rise of white nationalism, What its true history is, and why its rise has everything to do with “The Numbers”. ________________________________________________________

The Native Opinon theme song “Honor The People” is by Casper Loma Da Wa.
